Copper & Copper Alloys

We specialize in machining various copper and copper alloys, with rich experience in precision processing of copper materials, and are familiar with the characteristics and processing key points of different grades of copper alloys, providing global customers with stable and efficient copper processing services. Copper and copper alloys have excellent electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity, with electrical conductivity far higher than that of ordinary metal materials. At the same time, they have good ductility, toughness and machinability, are easy to shape and weld, have high surface gloss, and possess certain corrosion resistance (some alloys can improve corrosion resistance through process optimization), which are suitable for a variety of processing technologies and are indispensable basic materials in the industrial field.

According to the difference in composition, copper and copper alloys can be divided into four categories: pure copper (red copper), brass, bronze and cupronickel. The properties of different grades of copper materials have their own focuses: pure copper has the best electrical and thermal conductivity, suitable for high-precision conductive components; brass has moderate hardness and controllable cost, suitable for conventional structural parts; bronze is wear-resistant and impact-resistant, suitable for complex force-bearing components; cupronickel has strong corrosion resistance, suitable for precision parts under harsh working conditions. We can stably process mainstream grades such as T2 pure copper, H62 brass, QSn6.5-0.1 bronze and B10 cupronickel, fully covering various processing needs.

Copper and copper alloys are widely used in conductive connectors, hydraulic pipelines, precision instrument accessories of oil exploration equipment, as well as conductive contacts, heat dissipation components, seals and other scenarios of automation equipment, and are also suitable for the manufacturing of precision parts in electronics, chemical industry, machinery and other fields. Combining the material characteristics of copper, we optimize cutting parameters, control processing stress, avoid copper deformation and surface scratches, ensure that each copper and copper alloy component meets the dimensional accuracy requirements, balance electrical and thermal conductivity with structural stability, and provide customers with one-stop services from material selection to processing and forming, helping customers achieve product performance upgrading.
