Measuring Equipment

We have a complete full-process inspection system, relying on three core inspection equipment to build a closed-loop inspection chain from raw material inspection to finished product delivery, ensuring that the quality of each product meets design standards and industry requirements. The core inspection equipment includes 2D vision inspection equipment, Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) and Hardness Tester, which work together to cover all inspection needs of precision machining.

 

The 2D vision inspection equipment adopts non-contact measurement, which can efficiently complete the size verification and appearance inspection of components, suitable for rapid inspection of simple structural parts and conventional processed products, avoiding damage to precision components during the inspection process. The Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) focuses on the 3D space inspection of complex structural components, accurately capturing geometric tolerances and spatial positional relationships, which is suitable for the inspection of high-precision products such as high-temperature alloys and special-shaped parts. The Hardness Tester is used to measure the hardness of various materials, verifying the mechanical properties of raw materials and the effect of heat treatment, ensuring that the material strength meets the application requirements.

 

Our inspection capability covers the entire production process: during raw material warehousing, we use Hardness Tester and vision inspection equipment to verify material performance and size compliance; during the processing process, we use CMM and vision inspection equipment to monitor process quality in real time and correct dimensional deviations in a timely manner; before finished products leave the factory, we conduct comprehensive inspections including size, hardness and appearance to ensure that all parameters meet the requirements. In addition, we have established a complete inspection data archiving system to realize traceability of the inspection process, providing professional and reliable quality assurance for high-end equipment manufacturing such as petroleum exploration and automation, and laying a solid foundation for long-term cooperative partnerships with customers.
