Shafts, sleeves, connectors and threaded parts — turned, and where the drawing calls for it, milled in the same setup.
Turning is the backbone of most precision assemblies. Our turning department covers the full range from simple pins to complex mill-turn parts where bores, slots and cross-holes have to stay concentric with the main axis.
Because we also run grinding and EDM in the same building, parts that start on a lathe can finish on a grinder or an EDM without ever leaving our floor. That matters most on parts where a second supplier would have to re-establish datums you already controlled.
What we make
Typical work: small to medium batches where repeatability across the run matters more than unit price.
Materials, equipment and inspection
Carbon and alloy steels, stainless steels, nickel and high-temperature alloys, aluminium, brass and copper, titanium, and engineering plastics — turned from bar or from material you supply.
CNC lathes, including mill-turn machines for parts that need turned and milled features in one setup. Threads checked with thread gauges, diameters with micrometers, profiles on the 2D vision measuring machine.
Parts we have machined
Every photo on this page was taken at the shop. Customer names and part numbers are never published; the process that made each part is.

Questions
Tell us the part, the material and the quantity. An engineer reviews your drawing and replies within one working day — usually with a suggestion on how to make it cheaper.
