The documentation list, the inspection methods, and the three things we will not do.
Quality
Every supplier writes that quality is important. Very few write down what they will hand you with the parts. This page is that list.
First-article inspection, material certificates and dimensional reports are issued with the parts as standard — not only when a customer asks.
The first part of a run is measured in full against the drawing and reported before production continues.
Every material is bought with certificates and shipped with them on request.
Critical dimensions reported with actual measured values, not just pass or fail.
Material heat number, machining route, operator and inspection record held against the job.
Dimensional checks during the run, not only at the end — so drift is caught while there is still material to correct it.
Inspection
Three core instruments carry the dimensional work, backed by hand metrology on the shop floor. Instrument models are stated on request.
Non-contact measurement of profile, hole position and appearance. The fast check for plates, profiles and turned parts, and the one that does not touch the surface.
3D inspection of position, form and geometric tolerances — used on complex parts and on the first article of every production run.
Incoming material and heat-treated parts are checked for hardness, so it is confirmed rather than assumed.
Reports issued as standard. First-article inspection report · material certificate · dimensional inspection report. If your sector requires a specific format or an additional test, tell us at quotation stage and we will confirm whether we can supply it.
Honesty
If your drawing asks for a value we cannot repeat across a run, we say so before you order rather than after you inspect.
We keep certification logos off this site. What we publish instead is documentation you can check against your own parts: first-article inspection reports, material certificates and dimensional records.
Parts are shown with process, material and batch size. Never with a customer name.
If any of the statements on this page cannot be verified when you audit us, that is our problem to fix — tell us.
What gets measured
A bore that is on size but not round will still leak. A spline that is on centre by eye may not run true. The parts below are the kind where the report matters as much as the part — and both leave here together.

Tell us the part, the material and the quantity. An engineer reviews your drawing and replies within one working day — usually with a suggestion on how to make it cheaper.
