Nine processes, one building, one datum chain. Pick a process below, or send the drawing and we will tell you which route is cheapest.
Capabilities
This is what lets us take a complete component rather than a single operation — and what keeps a part on one datum chain from raw material to final inspection.

How to read this site
Most parts need more than one process. A shaft is turned, then ground. A mould is milled, then EDM’d. When those operations live in different companies, every handover re-establishes datums and adds a queue. When they live in one building, the datum chain stays intact and the lead time is one plan instead of three.
We will not quote a tolerance we cannot hold repeatably, and we will not take a process we are not equipped for. If your drawing is better served by a specialist we are not, we will say so rather than quote it anyway.
What that looks like
A shaft is not finished when it comes off the lathe. Below: the shop it comes off, a shaft whose last operation is grinding, and a worm wheel that was hobbed after its blank was turned here. Same building, same purchase order.

Tell us the part, the material and the quantity. An engineer reviews your drawing and replies within one working day — usually with a suggestion on how to make it cheaper.
