Tooling built to a schedule you can plan production around — and kept running afterwards.
We design and build plastic injection moulds, then keep them alive. Because the same shop builds, machines and repairs the tool, there is no argument between the toolmaker and the moulder when something does not fit.
For customers moving from prototype to production, this is the shortest route to a tool that actually produces sellable parts.
What we make
Mould size and press tonnage are confirmed per project. Send the part and the annual volume, and we will tell you whether the tool belongs with us.
Materials, equipment and inspection
Tool steels such as H13 and SKD11 for cavities and cores, with mould bases, sliders and inserts machined to the tool drawing.
Milling, grinding, EDM and fitting under one roof. Cavity and core dimensions checked on the CMM, and first-shot samples measured before the tool is handed over.
Parts we have machined
Every photo on this page was taken at the shop. Customer names and part numbers are never published; the process that made each part is.

Questions
Tell us the part, the material and the quantity. An engineer reviews your drawing and replies within one working day — usually with a suggestion on how to make it cheaper.
