Shafts, sleeves, valve and sealing components for marine and offshore equipment, in stainless, bronze and nickel alloys.
Marine and offshore parts are specified for two things: they have to survive the environment, and they have to seal. Seawater makes material choice non-negotiable — duplex and 316 stainless, bronze and nickel alloys are normal work here, not exceptions — and a seal that is a few microns out will fail long before the metal does.
We machine shafts, sleeves, bushings, valve and sealing components for deck and subsea equipment, and we finish the critical surfaces by grinding and EDM in the same building rather than sending them out. On a long shaft that needs a ground bearing journal and a hardened wear surface, that keeps the whole datum chain in one shop.
What this sector checks is material documentation and whether the sealing surfaces are genuinely round. Material certificates traceable to the heat, dimensional reports with the actual measured values, and bores ground for roundness rather than simply cut to size are what we supply.

Typical parts
What matters here
Duplex and 316 stainless, bronze, nickel alloys — bought with certificates.
Bores and faces ground for roundness and finish, not just turned to size.
EDM and grinding after heat treatment, sequenced correctly.
Heat-traceable material certificates and dimensional reports with the shipment.
Capabilities applied
Turning, mill-turn and small-to-medium batch production of round parts.
3-, 4- and 5-axis milling of complex parts, pockets, contours and fixtures.
Spur, helical and internal gears cut on hobbing and shaping machines.
External cylindrical grinding for roundness, straightness and surface finish.
Internal grinding of bores, sleeves and bearing seats.
Wire EDM for sharp internal corners, hardened material and thin walls.
