Three steps, one working day, and an engineer at the other end instead of a queue.

Send the drawing. Get an engineer, not a price list.

Three steps. An engineer reviews what you send and replies within one working day — with a price, and where we can see one, a cheaper way to make the part.

1
Your detailsSo we know who we are quoting to, and where the parts ship.
2
The partProcess, material, quantity and the date you need it.
3
The drawingSTEP, DWG, PDF, or a photo of a marked-up print.

Step 1 — Your details

Step 2 — The part

Step 3 — The drawing

Up to 25 MB per file, 10 files per request.

Files are used only to quote your part. If you need an NDA in place first, choose that option above and we will send one back before you upload anything.

An engineer replies within one working day.

    What happens next

    After you press send.

    1. Within one working day — an engineer reviews the drawing and replies. If something in the drawing is unclear or expensive to make, this is where we tell you.
    2. Quotation — price, lead time and the process route we intend to use. Material lead time is stated separately where it is long.
    3. Approval and first article — once you approve, we machine and inspect the first part. For production runs, nothing continues until the first-article report is accepted.
    4. Production and documentation — the run is machined with in-process checks, and ships with the reports you asked for.

Prefer to talk first? Email klauswen@mzpmachining.com or see the contact page. If your question is technical, say so — it will be answered by the engineer who would run the job, not a sales team.

    Drawings we quote every week

From a one-off spare to a repeat batch.

A batch of turned shafts, a milled block, a threaded fitting. Different shapes, different routes — and none of them need a minimum order. Send the drawing and you will get an answer on the part you actually have.

Send us a drawing. Get an engineering answer, not a price list.

Tell us the part, the material and the quantity. An engineer reviews your drawing and replies within one working day — usually with a suggestion on how to make it cheaper.
